My journey into mental health counseling began during my eight years as a teacher. This passion was ignited as I transitioned to teaching gifted and talented students, where I witnessed firsthand the challenges and remarkable strengths of those with exceptional minds. I learned quickly that the key to nurturing these students was offering a safe and flexible space for them to explore and grow in their own unique way.

After five years in the classroom, I started my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Tarleton State University. I graduated in May 2020 and have served individuals of all ages in schools, hospitals, and private practice. Through this experience, I found the ADHD population to be another group that was in dire need of a safe and flexible space to be themselves. I have completed extensive training in serving ADHD individuals across the lifespan and continually pursue professional development to ensure I provide the highest standard of care. Additionally, I offer services for trauma, anxiety, and of course, the group that started it all- high achievers and the gifted and talented.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in collaboration and compassion. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges, celebrate your successes, and uncover your inner resilience. Whether you're seeking support for ADHD management, perfectionism, trauma, or dealing with the anxiety and stress of simply being human, I am here to listen, understand, and nurture your unique brain into its fullest bloom.
