Parent Coaching

BrainBloom’s Positive Discipline parent training program is designed to equip parents with practical skills and strategies rooted in the principles of mutual respect, encouragement, and effective communication. The program includes one on one sessions with Madison, a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator.

The training aims to help parents understand the philosophy behind Positive Discipline, emphasizing the importance of building a strong, respectful relationship with their children. Participants learn how to recognize and address the underlying reasons for their children's behavior, rather than focusing solely on punishment or reward. This understanding forms the basis for creating a nurturing and supportive environment where children feel safe to express themselves and learn from their experiences.

In addition to the Positive Discipline curriculum, Madison makes sure to include important information on developmental stages and how to make sure we are applying strategies in a neuro-affirming way.
